As a national newspaper journalist, my job was to hunt for angles that made readers look up and say: Have you seen this?
Over fifteen years, I honed the skill of asking the right questions, winning the trust of interviewees, and relentlessly chasing the question: What makes the reader care?
In 2016, I founded a copywriting consultancy, working with a team of like-minded writers and sector specialists, to help companies answer this question.
